When I read about the procedures concerning investigations of air disasters outside of Poland I am under impression that what I see in my own country is completely surreal. All investigative procedures related to the April 10th tragedy were ignored. I am not surprised that the Russians ignored them; it doesn't surprise me. But, I am shocked by the actions our own government, and its institutions, that were chosen to carry out such investigations […] I would like for someone to explain to me why those who had perished in Smolensk , and their families, have no right to a transparent, and lawful investigation?- Dr. Zuzanna Kurtyka, Smolensk Crash Widow
